The Cuilleron family works the steep slopes of France’s Northern Rhône Valley, producing high-end Syrah from their estate vineyards in Cornas and Saint-Joseph. This bottling comes from some of their younger vines in the north of the valley, grown on fertile flatlands known as the Collines Rhodaniennes. This is a lighter side of Syrah, with notes of fresh blackberry, blackcurrant leaf, and kalamata olive.
