This is a blend of predominantly Syrah with a little bit of Grenache and Mourvedre, which may not be the first grape varieties you would associate with sparkling wine! However, its delicate bubbles and notes of pink cherry, ruby red grapefruit, and strawberry leaf make it an easy wine to love, as well as a testament to Washington State’s (and Brandi’s) potential to produce great sparkling wines.
