This is the family’s other expression of Pais, aged in neutral Chilean oak barrels, sourced from the same 200-year-old vineyards. Foot-crushed and fermented in stone pits, called lagares, this wine spends 12 months in barrel before bottling unfiltered. When you open this wine, similar to its cousin above it benefits from decanting and a slight chill. Drink now through 2025 with marinated skirt steak, grilled sausages with vegetables, or beef stew.
