Villa des Anges is one of Jeff Carrel’s projects in the Languedoc, with all fruit sourced from the historic Espitalet des Anges estate. With a winemaking history dating back to the days of the Roman Empire, the domaine is currently owned and operated by Jaqueline Menard de Ginestous. This collaboration with Jeff focuses on varietal bottlings, including non-native varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

This wine is sourced from older Sauvignon Blanc vines, the majority of which are planted on clay and limestone soils. When you open this wine, you will want to serve it chilled, but not ice cold. This wine will pair nicely with smoked salmon or marinated veggies such as zucchini and summer squash. Drink now through 2023.
