A classic Bordeaux blend from the Latorse family, who have been farming in the region for three generations. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot come together with dark plum, black currant, violet and a touch of spice. A brief period of oak aging adds structure without overwhelming the fruit, giving this an easygoing Bordeaux character with enough backbone for the dinner table.
