Vallee des Pins Rose Coteaux d'Aix en Provence 2025

The sprawling region of Coteaux d’Aix en Provence runs from the Rhone River in the west to the town of Aix, sandwiched between the Alps and the Mediterranean. It is a stunningly beautiful place that was home to Cézanne and the subject of many of his paintings. Van Gough, Picasso and Pierre Puget also spent time in the region and used the landscape for some of their works. It is probably no coincidence that it is also home to many of the prettiest of the Provence Rosés, with Vallée de Pins showing both beauty and finesse. This example shows a lovely bouquet of watermelon, strawberries and dried cherries, kissed with notes of lavender and dried marjoram. This is a great football watching wine to serve with everything from Buffalo chicken dip to samosas and curried chicken skewers.
