Ringbolt is a Margaret River, Western Australia, winery owned by the Hill-Smith family. The climate in the Margaret River is ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon, with warm sunny days and cool nights. This produces Cabernets with ripe fruit but nice restraint, with subtle notes of menthol and dark chocolate.
