Produced by our friend Gerry Rowland, an Aussie who put down roots in Napa Valley in the 1980s. Working first at Stag Leap and then at Chappellet, he fell in love with grapes from the lower portion of Napa and that is where he now produces his own wines. This one is made from a mix of vineyards between Oak Knoll, Yountville and Stags Leap. It is an impressively rich Cabernet with a good frame of oak that you an drink now or cellar.
