Mont Gravet Rose Cinsault 2023

Cinsault, one of the world’s most prolific grape varieties, is grown all throughout the Mediterranean. This particular example comes from the village of Cruzy in France’s Languedoc region, where elevation, limestone soils, and sea breezes create the perfect growing environment. This a fantastic aperitif wine, though it pairs well with Niçoise salad or sushi.
