Fuji apples and Anjou pears, green melon, candied grapefruit rind and jasmine

Produced from 90% Macabeo and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, harvested together and co-fermented. On the palate it is crisp and dry, with plump fruit that finishes like a Sauvignon Blanc. The best part of this wine is the liter bottle, which holds up nicely in the refrigerator for up to three days. Drink with grilled shrimp with lemon/chipotle butter or stuffed chicken breasts with prosciutto and provolone.
