Made from 100 year old vines of Grenache Blanc, Malvasia, Viura and Turruntes. Hand destemmed, basket pressed, fermentation in French oak barriques, 6 m lees contact with stirring. Nose of fresh apricot, dried apple, white chocolate, coriander. Palate shows moderate plus concentration, polished and integrated, has very nice depth and length.
