Our best-selling Beaujolais at Tim’s Wine Market, this wine is sourced from many of the family’s older vines, including some fruit from their holdings in Morgon. Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel, this wine is packed with texture and complexity that belies its price tag. Notes of tart black cherry, wild raspberry, strawberry leaf, and earth make this a perfect example of a chillable red, so make sure to serve it around 50-55 degrees Fahrenheit. Drink now through 2028 with Caesar salad, chicken tacos, or pasta with green beans.
