While Gamay thrives on the region's granite soils, Chardonnay finds a natural home in its pockets of limestone. It's a reminder that Beaujolais has more to offer than red wine.

Boulon's Beaujolais Blanc is 100% Chardonnay, made without oak to preserve the freshness and character of the fruit. Expect inviting aromas of fresh-cut tangerine, white peach, Anjou pear and a hint of sea salt. The palate begins with a slightly rounded, almost oily texture before a streak of minerality brings everything into focus, leaving the wine lively and refreshing.
