Fontsainte Corbieres Gris de Gris Rose 2025

A favorite in the Orlando shop for over a decade, Domaine de Fontsainte has been producing wine since the 17th century (though Roman ruins on the estate suggest earlier). The Laboucarié family, owners of the estate, have made a name for themselves with this rosé, made from a rare clone of the Grenache grape known as Grenache Gris. This is our top-selling rosé most years. Produced in the Pyrenees mountains appellation of Corbieres, the 2025 vintage is a blend of 90% Grenache Gris, 5% Carignan, and 5% Mourvèdre. It is savory and dry, with notes of hibiscus, cranberry, and herbes de Provence. This is a food-friendly rosé that pairs perfectly with pasta dishes or grilled shrimp.
