Fitz Ritter Riesling Sekt Extra Trocken

This is the second oldest sparkling wine house in Germany, founded in 1837. Their entry-level Sekt is made in the traditional method with fermentation in the bottle and is exclusively Riesling. It is a juicy, soft example that pairs well with Asian and Indian cuisines, and is also a favorite of ours with sushi.
