A single vineyard wine produced by the most dynamic winery in the coastal Tuscan region of Scansano. Locally known as Morellino, Sangiovese in this area is softer and riper than examples from the Chianti zone farther inland. This wine shows fantastic intensity and richness, with a frame of tannin that will allow aging for up to a decade.
