As the 8th generation of Duveau to make wine in the commune of Saumur-Champigny, Fabien literally grew up in the vineyards. After working 4 years in St. Emilion he returned home and took over the estate, transitioning to singe vineyard bottlings that focus on the unique terroir of the region. This bottling is incredibly rare, only 10 barrels produced, from the famed Poyeux hillside. It is an intense mix of dried apple, lanolin, linden flowers and sea spray. Drink 2026-2030.
