This wine is the same as ever! Roughly 75% Mourvèdre, 14% Grenache, 9% Cinsault, & 2% Carignan. The wine is fermented on the skins for three weeks, wild yeast of course, then aged in foudre for 18 months before bottling, no filtration or fining. This is a chewy, muscular wine with deep black fruits and fine minerality. Drink 2025-2030.
