We recently discovered this property, a forth generation estate in the La-Roche-Vineuse, close to the famous rocky outcrops of Solutré and Vergisson. In 2005 Jean-Christophe began producing wine under their estate label. He is also in the process of converting to certified organic farming, which they will earn in 3 more years. All of the wines are fermented with wild yeast, stainless steel aging and minimal intervention.

The Macon-Villages is from a single parcel in La-Roche-Vineuse on very poor, rocky, limestone soils. On the palate it has good concentration with a rich core of fruit framed by obvious minerality. Drink 2023-2026 with roast chicken or grilled salmon..
