Moulin a Vent is the Cru of Beaujolais that is legendary for producing long lived, powerful expressions of the Gamay grape. This estate was established in 1918 and farms almost 30 acres of vines in the Cru. Their vines are 50+ year old vines and they ferment with partial whole clusters to build more structure into the wine. This one explodes with notes of blackberry, black cherry, black pepper, wood smoke and licorice. Drink 2026-2032.
