This wine represents everything we like about low-intervention and natural viticulture at TWM. Sourced from ancient vineyard parcels on the slopes of Mont Alaric, this is a field blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. Minimal intervention is used both in the vineyard (no pesticides or machinery) and in the winery (no new oak, fining, or filtration). As with the Tempranillo you will want to decant this for up to half an hour. Drink now through 2030 with lamb, red meats, or zucchini fries!
