A TWM staff favorite and one of the most intense examples of dry Chenin Blanc you will find. Produced in the driest appellation in France the grape vines produce very small quantities of intensely flavored grapes. The current owner, Paul Bizard, runs the property which came into his family in 1882. This is intense and ageworthy Chenin Blanc that is also infinitely food friendly.
