Dearden Cabernet Sauvignon Two Iron 2020

Made by our friend Chris Dearden, this wine is the extension of his brilliant One Iron Meritage. Initially Chris, an avid golfer, made One Iron from Merlot and many told him good wine could not be made from the grape. Much like the challenge of hitting a One Iron, Chris produced a killer bottle of Merlot that became a customer favorite. The logical extension is a Cabernet based wine, this one being 3% Merlot, the mirror of the One Iron blend. This is a full bodied, polished Cab with moderate tannins and good length.
