There is a lot of confusion about the differences in natural, biodynamic, organic and sustainable wines versus those produced using conventional farming. On this evening our own J.P. Donnelly-Davis will taste us through six examples, one from each method, and discuss the pros, and cons of each technique and how it impacts the wine. This “Tasting in the Round” will include examples of skin contact, white and red wines so buckle up, it will be a great ride!
