The region of Bandol exists due to the work of Lucien Peyraud, who along with his wife Lulu worked tirelessly to champion high quality wines for the region. This estate, given to them as a wedding present in 1936, is the pinnacle of Bandol, which are Provence wines that are practically bottled sunshine. 

The 2023 is a blend of 55% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache and 20% Cinsault, produced from grapes farmed using biodynamic practices. 65% of the grapes are direct pressed, the remainder are left on the skins for 24 hours. The wine is then aged for seven months before release to allow the texture and aromatics to develop. The result is a Rosé that has the substance and complexity that allows it to age for a couple of years.
