A blend of 60% Clairette, 18% Ugni Blanc, 19% Bourboulenc, & 3% Marsanne. The grapes are destemmed then soaked 12 hours on the skins before fermentation is started. Aged in large foudre for 8-12 months. This wine tastes like pears and peaches sprinkled with herbs de Provence.
