Unlike almost all of our other non-alcoholic wines we carry which have a small amount, less tan .5% alcohol, this one has absolutely zero. It is produced entirely from Sauvignon Blanc juice that was never fermented, then carbonated to enhance the freshness. It shows notes of grapefruit, yellow peach and tangerine. It is off dry, with a round texture and nice clarity of fruit.
