Greco di Tufo is one of the grand cru white wines of southern Italy, a full-bodied local specialty combining volcanic minerality with aging potential. This example comes to us from legendary winemaker Clelia Romano and is named in honor of her third grandson. Decant this wine as you would a white Burgundy, and it delivers notes of preserved lemon, stone fruits, magnolia blossom, and wet stones.
