This rosé has become so popular at Tim’s Wine Market that many customers simply come in and ask for “the guy with the beard.” A product of the Herbeau family, 4th generation winemakers in the south of France, this wine is grown on the family’s 300 acre estate, which contains not only grape vines but historic Roman ruins and a massive nature preserve. This rosé is a blend of predominantly Grenache, supported by Cinsault and Syrah, all from practicing organic vineyards. With a little bit of a chill it delivers classic Provençal notes of freeze dried strawberry, fresh raspberry, and fresh lavender. Drink now through 2025 with summer salads, grilled chicken, or all by itself.
