This estate was formed in 2011 when Anne-Marie and Bernard Forestier joined their property with neighbor Sébastien Alban. After a year to renovate the old chateau and build a modern wine cellar they began bottling, guided by the late Philippe Cambie. Today the estate is seen as the premier property on the Mont Ventoux, a Rhone appellation at high elevation.

Produced from several parcels across the property, this wine is fermented in stainless steel and older, oak casks. This is aromatic with rich texture, finding a frame of acidity at the finish. Drink young.
