A staple of TWM since we opened in 1995, Hervé Dubourdieu’s father was one of the originators of the unwooded style of white Bordeaux in the 1970s, a style he continues today.

Produced from a blend of 60% Sémillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle, this wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. It embodies liquid sunshine, with soft notes of yellow apple, tangerine, green fig, and sea salt. Serve with chicken accompanied by a lemon, thyme, and shallot pan sauce.
