Arianna’s most popular red bottling, this is a light bodied wine sourced from a selection of her youngest vines. The blend consists of 70% Frappato and 30% Nero d’Avola, two native varieties most commonly seen in the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, grown on red sand and chalk soils. All fruit is harvested by hand, partially destemmed, and co-ferments in concrete tanks. Once dry, the wine spends 8 months maturing in concrete before it is bottled unfiltered. On the palate, this wine delivers notes of dried strawberry, strawberry leaf, fresh blackberry, earth, and black pepper. Drink now through 2029, and do not be afraid to serve slightly chilled.
