The sole white wine Arianna produces, this is a blend of two ancient varieties once used exclusively for dessert wine production. A rare dry expression of Zibibbo and the almost-extinct Albanello, the fruit for this wine is sourced from younger vines and sees two weeks of skin contact during fermentation, which adds color and complexity while stopping short of “orange wine” territory. After 6 months of concrete maturation, this wine is bottled unfiltered. On the palate, notes of apricot pit, fresh lychee, beeswax, starfruit, and white flowers deliver plenty of aromatic complexity with a dry, mineral-driven finish. Drink now through 2027.
