This wine comes from the great cru of Foscarino in the hills of Soave. In 2000 Roberto Anselmi left the Soave DOCG because he felt the majority of producers were complacent and not interested in making quality wines.
Nose of honey, dried apples, pineapples, fresh pears, white pepper and sea salt. This wine is dry with superb richness and a lightning bolt of minerality that electrifies this wine.
