This “low intervention” wine comes from the coastal region of Tuscany called Maremma, where Ampelia believes it is the perfect grape for their limestone soils and sunny sky. Organically farmed, hand harvested, native yeast fermented and aged in concrete, this wine rivals the great examples from the Loire Valley of France. Tastes like blackberries, blueberries, balsamic vinegar and wild herbs. Drink 2026-2030.
