Montinore Pinot Gris 2021
peeled yellow apple, apple blossom, peach pit, honeydew, and candied lemon peel
Located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Montinore Estate has been certified biodynamic since the early 2000s, making them one of the first domestic wineries to fully embrace these ancient methods of viticulture. This Pinot Gris is produced in the Tualatin Hills AVA, the northernmost wine growing area in the valley, which boasts a climate similar to France’s Alsace region. When you open this wine, you will want to serve it chilled, but not ice cold. Drink now through 2025 with pork cutlets and sauerkraut, grilled salmon, or salads with goat cheese.
